Concept & Architectural Study

Based on the brief of each project (given or arise from our team's analysis) the guides data for the project are defined. These data can be the definition of the users' type, users' needs space is to fulfil, the desired aesthetic approach, the location, the surface to be studied, the type of space use etc. Thus the Concept and the Architectural Study emerge, on the basis of which the design is led to the final result.

Implementation Study

In order to properly implement the Architectural Study, based on the defined Concept, the Implementation Study is applied. Its purpose is the implementation of construction plans, selection of materials to be applied and market research. At this stage the customer is given the opportunity both to see the final result in terms of its aesthetics and to see the resulting costs for the implementation.

Project supervision

In order to complete a project without deviations from the final design, the correct application of the Implementation Study (construction plans, materials, etc.) is required. Among the possibilities provided by our cooperation is the supervision of the task throughout their duration as well as the proposal of cooperation with experienced professionals who can understand technical plans.
